美国ISS Chronos系列稳态瞬态荧光光谱仪

简介︰

Chronos系列是可进行时域和频域两种测试方式的荧光分析仪,此系列荧光分析仪无论是光路设计,还是仪器自动化控制系统,都达到世界最好水准。

在传统频域法测试荧光寿命的基础上,结合现代数字处理技术和光子探测技术。发明了新的数字式频域法测试技术,该新技术既拥有传统频域法固有的测试速度快和极低寿命测试能力的特点,同时降低了测试成本和提升了测试灵敏度。新的数字频域法测试技术与时域法TCSPC测试技术相互补充,拓展和提升了荧光寿命的测试功能。

  丙二醇中的荧光素的频域各向异性衰减 (不同偏振相角和振幅比) ,在 470-nm (氙灯)下测试, 发射线收集使用的是 OG530 高通滤波器。 计算值r &thera; = 5.3 ns , R0 = 0.40 和 τ = 4 ns, T = 27-28°C.

BodipyFL(氟硼二吡咯)水溶液

  BodipyFL(氟硼二吡咯)水溶液的频率响应 (相位和调制) ,在 471-nm激光二极管。发射线收集使用的是 520KV高通滤波器。 数据的最佳拟合呈现指数衰减方式,衰减时间5.87 ns (x2 = 0.97).

   在 405-nm 脉冲激光二极管测试纸张的时域强度衰减。数据的最佳拟合呈现指数衰减方式,衰减时间 0.94 ns (x2 = 1.25).

  溶于乙二醇

时域各向异性衰减Time-Domain Anisotropy Decay

  在447nm脉冲激光二极管下溶于乙二醇溶液的Coumarin 6 (香豆素)的时域各向异性衰减。发射线通过 KV 505高通滤波器收集。 计算值 θ = 2.6 ns , R0 = 0.38 和 τ = 2.3 ns, T = 20-21°C.
